Scientific secretaries of the conference

Iranian studies scholar and professor of Persian language and literature, faculty member and director of the Center for Oriental Languages and Cultures at Sofia University. He is a member of the founding board of the Center for Iran, the Balkans and Central European Studies, Expert and translator of Omar Khayyam into Bulgarian language and numerous works on the description of Khayyam quatrains. He is the director of the Association of Persian Language and Cultures friends in Republic of Bulgaria and the former president of the Bulgarian Translators' Union. His translation of Shah-Nameh together with Alireza Pourmohammad won the award for Bulgarian Book of the Year 2012. The Persian/ Bulgarian and Bulgarian/Persian dictionary was also provided by his efforts and received award as the Book of the Year in the Islamic Republic of Iran for it. Some of His other works are: Classical Persian literature, Translation of Istoriya Slavyanobolgarskaya into Persian, and Enigma of Omar Khayyam.
PhD in Persian Language and Literature from Tarbiat Modares University and a member of the faculty of Kharazmi University. After two years of teaching Persian language teaching in Colombia (, and two years in Ukraine and Uruguay, he has been in charge of Deputy for Expansion of Persian Language and Iranian studies abroad, Center for International Scientific Cooperation, Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, I. R. Iran since December 2016. He is well-known for applying new methods in teaching Persian language and literature and his approach to other aspects of Iranian culture such as: traditional and pop music, using the theatrical capacity of some literary texts and holding various exhibitions.

Pourmohammad is a founding member and board of directors of the Association of Persian Language friends in the Republic of Bulgaria and has won several translation awards such as: Book of the Year of the Republic of Bulgaria in 2012 for translating Shah-Nameh (with Professor Ivo Panov), Best translation Award of the Bulgarian Translators' Union, Selected Book of the Year: Translation of Istoriya Slavyanobolgarskaya into Persian in 2018. He is an associate professor of history at the Research Institute of Guilan studies at the University of Guilan. His field of research is Iranian studies in the fields of historical and social developments in Iran in the Safavid, Qajar and Pahlavi eras and studies about the Caspian and Caucasus areas. Recently, books entitled: "An Introduction to the fields and departments of Iranian Studies in Europe, North America and Japan", "Guilan documents in the Constitutional period" and also "Guilan documents in the Pahlavi era" have been published by Dr. Panahi. In addition to the mentioned books, he has more than fifteen books in the field of Iranian studies in his resume. Dr. Panahi is a member of the revision committee of Iranian Studies at the Ministry of Science of Iran, a member of the Iranian history association, and the manager of the Guilan branch of this association at the University of Guilan.

Professor at Tarbiat Modares University and the director of the Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies. He is the head of Tarbiat Modares University's Comprehensive Planning Commission, the head of the literature department of the Social Sciences Committee of the Iranian Scientific Research Council. Dr. Ghobadi won the Jalal Al-Ahmad Literary Award in 2009 and the Iranian Golden Pen Award in 2008.

He is a professor of Persian language and literature and the director of the Department of Literature at Allameh Tabatabai University. He is the author of: God of Wisdom, Idioms, allusions and common Persian phrases in Turkish language and Quotes from Divan-e Mutnabi, as well as translations such as: Treatises on poetry and Muslim philosophers.
Iranian writer and translator, Professor of Persian literature at Allameh Tabataba’i University of Tehran. He is known for his work on the Shah-Nameh. He was selected as one of the Iran's memorable figures (Iranian Science and Culture Hall of Fame), for his contribution to Persian culture and literature. Dr. Kazazi's translation of Virgil's "Aeneid" into Persian won the Book Award of 1991 and he has received the first prize for fundamental research at the Kharazmi International Festival in 2004.

She graduated in Iranian Studies at the Center for Eastern Languages and Cultures at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She defended her master’s degree in Indian and Iranian cultural and social studies (2010) and her doctorate in “Mythological Characters in Abul-Qasem Ferdowsi’s Shah-nameh” (2018). She specialized in Persian language at the Allameh Tabatabai University and at the Islamic Culture and Relations Organisation in Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran (2015). She conducted a project as a part of the National Program “Young Scholars and Postdoctoral Fellows” on “Metaphors in the modern Persian language – origin, status and classification” (2019). Kostadinova is Senior Assistant Professor and lecturer in Persian Culture and Civilization and Theoretical Persian Language at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. In October 2020, she was elected head of the Iranian Studies specialty.
Professor Anna Krasnowolska is a highly valued specialist in the field of Persian literature and the culture of the Iranian world. At the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Jagiellonian University (formerly the Chair and Institute of Oriental Philology at the Jagiellonian University) since 1972, she was its director from 1999–2002, and from 2000–2017 the long-time head of the Department of Iranian Studies. She is a member of the Societas Iranologica Europaea (Board member from 2003–2011, vice-president from 2007– 2011), also of the Association for the Study of Persianate Societies, as well as the Orientalist Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Krakow branch and the Committee on Oriental Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (president from 2003–2007). As part of her scientific and didactic activity, she has published to date more than 150 scientific and popular science publications and has also promoted approximately 90 MA theses and 3 doctorates.
Prominent Japanese Iran studies scholar and professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Tokyo Metropolitan University. Maeda has conducted numerous studies in the field of Iranian studies. Recently his book entitled "Four Georgian Dynasties in the Safavid Era" was published, which studies the relations between Georgians and Safavids.
He holds a PhD in Persian Language and Literature from Ahvaz University and is a faculty member of the Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies. His writings include: The Impact of New Communication Technologies on Persian Language, National Higher Education Report, Scientific Research Methodology, Iranian Higher Education System, Globalization and National Identity, Review of Global Components of Iranian-Islamic Identity in Rumi's Spiritual Masnawi, True love in Sana'i's point of view, Examining the lexical issues of the Persian language by criticizing the word-choice approach of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature, University and Cultural Development.
He is a prominent Georgian linguist and a member of the faculty of the Georgian Institute of Oriental Studies. Nakhutsrishvili in 1977 graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Tbilisi State University and the following year worked at the Georgian Institute of Oriental Studies. From 2002 to 2005, he was the Chair of Iranian studies at the University of Tbilisi, and from 1994 to 1999 and from 2005 to 2013, he was the Consul of the Georgian Embassy in Iran. Among his works in the field of Iranian studies, we can mention: Georgian dialect of Faridan (2018) and Georgians in the Christian Cemetery of Dulab, Tehran (2019). In addition to research in the field of linguistics, he collaborates with some Iranian universities such as the University of Guilan and Mazandaran on the presence of Georgians in Iran.
He is a Pakistani scholar who specializes in Persian literature. He completed his Ph.D. in Persian language and literature at the University of Tehran in 1993. He is currently the head of the Persian Language Department of Gordon College, Rawalpindi. Simultaneously with his studies in Iran, he collaborated with the Islamic Encyclopaedia Foundation and the Academy of Persian Language and Literature in the field of scientific and research work on the subcontinent. Among Dr. Noshahi's writings are: Catalogue of Manuscripts of the National Museum of Pakistan Karachi Islamabad, Jihadnameh of the Unknown Author of the Seventh Century AH, Catalogue of rare manuscripts in Ganjbakhsh Library, Catalogue of editions of Sa’di's books in the subcontinent and editions of explanations, translations, dictionaries and guarantees of his works, a collection of scattered poems by Mohammad Mah Sedaghat Kanjahi.

Born in 1964 in Guilan, Prof. Razi received his B.A. in Persian Language and Literature from the University of Guilan in 1988. He got his M.A. in Persian Literature from Tarbiat Modarres University in 1992 and completed his Ph.D in Persian Literature at Allameh Tabataba'i University in 2003. Apart from being an outstanding professor of Persian Language and Literature and writing numerous academic papers and completing several projects in his field, he has held many administrative positions in recent years. Prof. Razi has also played a crucial role in helping to shape UG into an internationally recognized institution of higher education.
He is a Spanish researcher, Scholar in Iranian studies and translator of Persian literature into Spanish. He received a master's degree in Arabic language and Islamic studies from the University of Complutense and a doctorate in Arabic Language and Islamic studies from the Complutense University of Madrid with a dissertation entitled "Advising the kings in Jawāmi ul-Hikāyāt of Muhammad Sadid al-Din Aufi". He was teaching Persian language from 1996 to 2004 at the University of Seville and from 2010 to 2011 at the University of Barcelona and has participated in several scientific conferences. He wrote books such as Persian grammar, The Golden Centuries of Persian Literature, and He has translated numerous books from Persian literature into Spanish, including: Golestan Sa’di, Three Drops of Blood (Sadegh Hedayat), My Bird (Fariba Vafi), Suvashun (Simin Daneshvar) , Ardavirafnameh, Minu-ye Kherad, Asrar al-Tawhid, Qaboosnameh (Under publication) and also the translation of the book One Year Among the Iranians (Edward Browne) from English. He was a former secretary of the Spanish Society of Iranian Studies. In 2017, he also won the Book of the Year Award of the Islamic Republic of Iran for translation of Asrar al-Tawhid into Spanish.
Director of the Department of Iranian studies at the Ablai Khan University of Kazakhstan, Founder and editor of the scientific journal Irannameh in Almaty. Member of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature. He received his bachelor's degree in classical Persian literature from the Tajik State University and his master's and doctoral degrees in Moscow from the Institute of World Literature affiliated with the USSR Academy of Sciences. Safar Abdullah currently teaches Persian at the University of International Relations and World Languages known as Ablai Khan in Almaty.
Iranian linguist, translator and university professor. He is the vice-president of Linguistics Society of Iran and a leading professor in Allameh Tabataba'i University, Tehran, Iran. His activities revolve around semantics, semiotics, history of linguistics and the relationship between linguistics and literature. One of the most prolific writers and translators on linguistics, Safavi has authored renowned books such as An Introduction to Linguistics, Wandering in the Philosophy of Literature, Logic in Linguistics, Literature from Linguistics Standpoint, Acquaintance with Written Systems, Introduction to the History of Iranian Languages, and Applied Semantics. He also has translated many books into Persian written by notable linguists and writers such as Noam Chomsky (Language and Mind and Language and Thought), Roman Jakobson, Ferdinand de Saussure (Course in General Linguistics), Hösle , Goethe (West-östlicher Diwan) and Jostein Gaarder (Sophie's World).
Dr. Salim Mazhar holds a doctorate in Persian language and literature from the University of Tehran, He is one of the Iranian scholars and professors of Persian language who, while studying in Tehran, has collaborated with scientific research centres such as the Great Islamic Encyclopaedia Centre and the Academy of Persian Language and Literature. In 2001, Salim Mazhar took over the management of the Department of Persian Language and Literature at Punjab University and is currently the Head of the Department of Persian Literature and Head of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Punjab, Pakistan. He has published dozens of books and more than 70 research articles on Persian language, literature and culture in prestigious journals.
He is a professor in the Department of Persian Language and Literature at Dhaka University in Bangladesh. Dr. Sarkar's dissertation, entitled "Translations of Persian Literature in Bangladesh 1971-2005", was published by the Asian Association of Bangladesh and in 2018, he won the title of the Best book and the award of the Faculty of Humanities. "The first step" translated by him into Bengali, has been published in Dhaka by the Sa’di Foundation of Tehran, also, the new edition of Divan Obaidi, in collaboration with Dr. Mohammad Kazem Kahdooei, has been published by the Central Library of Dhaka University with introductions and comments, and a new edition of Masnawi in Bengal is also under publication. Dr. Sarkar has participated in 35 International Conferences in Iran, India, Turkey and Pakistan, and has presented nearly 50 research papers in Persian, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali and English in prestigious journals in Bangladesh, India, Iran, Turkey, Tajikistan and Bulgaria.
He is the President of the Iran-Hungary Friendship Association, a faculty member at Caroli Gaspar University in Budapest, Hungary, and a specialist in Iranian and Middle Eastern history. Most of his studies and researches have been focused on post-Islamic Iran. Dr. Sharkozi's dissertation is on the history of Tabarestan in the first centuries of Islam, and in recent years, most of his work has been on the Isma’ilism. The main subject of his researches are about the inhabitants of the Alborz mountain range and the relations of the people on both sides of this mountain and the relations of the Zaydi followers with the Isma’ilis of the early Islamic centuries.
Dr. Sylwia Surdykowska has received her Ph.D. in Iranian Studies from the Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Warsaw. She stayed in Iran many a time, where she conducted research on the system of values and religious consciousness in Persian society. She deals with the problems bound up with the continuation of traditional (and still employed) educational methods of shaping citizens' attitudes. She has been the author of the publications (in Polish and in English) in the area of contemporary political and religious life. At present, Dr . Surdykowska is Head of the Department of Iranian Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw.
Syed Ainul Hasan is a professor of Persian & Central Asian Studies School of Language, Literature & Culture Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Fulbright Professor, Rutgers University of New Jersey, Department of Middle Eastern Studies, USA, Chairperson, Persian & Central Asian Studies, JNU, President, Persian Scholars Association of India, 2009 & 2011. He has had experience with teaching and research for a period of over thirty-two years, and he has designed courses for University of Kashmir, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Cotton College State University. He played a key role in enhancing Indo Afghan relation by introducing Afghan Resource Centre in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was awarded President of India certificate of honor award in 2017. Professor Vardan Voskanian is the head of the Department of Iranian Studies, Yerevan State University. Prof. Voskanian’s mastery of Iranian languages is not only limited to Persian (Modern Persian, Classical Persian, Middle Persian, Old Persian). He also has a fluency of Pashto and Kurmanji. He has a BA and MA degrees from the Department of Iranian Studies, Yerevan State University, and has done his Ph.D. at the Institute of Oriental Studies of St. Petersburg branch of the Russian National Academy and Institute of Linguistics, Armenian National Academy with a main focus on the comparative Indo-Iranian linguistics.

All articles must contain the following:
On the first page, enter the full details of the author, including name, academic rank, organizational affiliation, e-mail address.
- Article abstract between 300 and 350 words including keywords.
- Introduction, purpose, study method, main text, conclusion and bibliography.
- Abstract and full paper should be set in Microsoft Word.
- The paper must be presented for the first time in this conference.
- The article should be written in accordance with the criteria and standards of scientific research articles.
